Helping you to find balance and harmony.

Imagine if you could ask your body what you need to improve your wellbeing, and have your body answer. With HK you can do this!

Health Kinesiology (HK) uses muscle-testing and verbal questioning techniques to gain an insight into the areas of imbalance within your energy system and initiate a healing process. You will usually lie down, fully clothed, on a couch, or you may wish to sit in a chair for your session. HK balancing corrections include the use of magnets, flower essences, colours, sounds, aromatherapy oils, self-touch, body positions, thoughts or memories that mirror the traumas at the heart of our mental, emotional and physical stresses. Clients have reported benefits including:

  • Increased intellectual function
  • Release of limiting negative thought and behaviour patterns
  • Increased self-confidence.
  • They often feel lighter, happier and more energised.
  • HK has also be used successfully by people wanting to achieve their full potential in sport, the arts, or education.

Therapeutic Sound is a wonderfully calming, relaxing and comforting experience. It uses tuning forks, singing bowls and other sound tools, to open the energy centres and prepare them to release old limiting patterns and accept new healing energies. These healing frequencies wash over you like a sonic massage, cleansing and renewing, while creating a healing space to release all that no longer serves you.

You may prefer to experience the full range of singing and crystal bowls, gongs, bells and percussion, in a healing sound bath. This is a wonderfully nurturing way to keep yourself balanced and robust in the face of the daily stresses of modern life.

At no stage should muscle testing cause any kind of pain or discomfort. As with any kind of alternative or complementary therapy, kinesiology is not a substitute for seeing a medical professional. If you have a concern or injury, it is important to consult your GP before seeking holistic treatment.

There are no magic money trees!!

Payment for complementary therapies can often be difficult for people. Here in the UK, we do not have a culture of health insurance or paid healthcare. We are all grappling with austerity measures and the cost of living. Therefore, it can seem daunting to be faced with fees for treatments, with no guarantee of success. Often, clients come to HK because they feel their GP is having limited success in dealing with their condition, or because no diagnosis is even available. They do not usually have money to burn!

With this in mind I would like to extend free treatments to all children aged 3 or under and also to clients seeking complementary therapies as part of their palliative care package.

Furthermore, I would always rather reduce my fees than have a client, who might benefit from holistic care, walk away because of the cost. So, please do ask if you need assistance with fees; I am always happy to help.
